Editions of his works were often cast by the Pinedo foundry bearing its foundry cachet and BRONZE GARANTI AU TITRE/PARIS marks. His figure of the Emperor Napoleon on horseback was first exhibited at the Paris Salon in 1864 but was subsequently cast in editions by Pindeo and then by other foundries during his lifetime and also posthumously.
