A blue and white tin-glazed ceramic tile showing a medieval-style sceneposed of a woman wearing a floor-length dress tied at the waist, holding a spear and ornamental vessel and sitting sideways on a wild boar, walking left; mounted in a painted wooden frame. 1.23 kg, 24.5 x 24.5 cm (9 5/8 x 9 5/8 in.). Acquired in the 2000s. Property of a North London collector. Possibly a reference to the moralising legend of Aristotle and Phyllis.
