品相：口沿有一处掉粘，并有一针孔缩釉
款识：“大清乾隆年制”六字三行篆书款
撇口，浅弧腹，圈足。通体内外施白釉，釉色清亮，釉质肥润。盘心双圈内绘苍龙戏珠，外壁二龙赶珠，以矾红绘祥龙及火珠，周围以青花绘云纹，线条流畅，涂绘准确。
釉下青花和釉上红彩相结合工艺，始创於明宣德时期，后世多有烧造。此盘龙纹绘制体刚劲有力，颇为精彩，青花明快，红釉妍丽，集中体现乾隆彩釉之特点。
