韩美林（1936年12月26日），生于中国山东济南。1955年考入中央美术学院（1956年随院系调整成为中央工艺美术学院的首届学生），全国政协委员、奥运福娃设计师。现为清华大学文科资深教授，清华大学学术委员会副主任、博士生导师，兼任中央文史研究馆馆员、中国美术家协会陶瓷艺术委员会名誉主任、世界华人协会副会长、中国工艺美术学会名誉会长。先后获颁联合国教科文组织“和平艺术家”称号、国际奥委会“顾拜旦奖”、“韩国总统文化勋章”及威尼斯大学“荣誉院士”。陆续举办了“韩美林艺术大展”“韩美林八十大展”“韩美林生肖艺术大展”“韩美林天书艺术故宫展”等展览，引发国内外观众的热烈反响。
