题识：大远同志指正，丙辰秋月黄胄写于京郊。|钤印：梁、黄胄之印、黄胄写意|鉴藏印：陈大远 |简介：黄胄，原名梁黄胄，河北蠡县人。擅画人物，动物画尤善画毛驴。曾为中国美术家协会常务理事、中国画研究院副院长。|说明：上款人为陈大远。陈大远（1916-1994），曾任《冀东日报》编辑部长，唐山劳动日报社社长、河北文联副主任等职。他也是书法家、艺术评论家、作家、诗人、著名鉴赏家。他与许多书画家交往甚密，包括齐白石、李可染、黄胄等书画大师。
