拍品精铜铸造，胎体显厚，海棠形口，平口唇沿，短颈收束，斜折肩，腹部分档似袋，四足自然胥出。口沿对铸外撇冲耳，颈部饰回纹一周，肩部微两两相对的夔龙纹，间饰鼓钉纹，腹部每面饰蕉叶形蝉纹三组。
此炉以商周四足铜鬲化裁而来，腹足部巧妙的化作寿桃形，线条浑实，饱满讨喜，寓意吉祥，匠心独运，不为多见。
附木质嵌银丝炉盖及器座，制作工艺精湛，嵌饰手法老道，与主体鬲炉似水天相接，相得益彰。
