此盘敞口，弧壁，圈足。整器施黄为地，盘心双圈内以绿彩、赭色彩料分别绘二龙戏珠纹，二龙成喜相逢式，姿态威武。底书“大清同治年制”六字双行楷书款。整器纹饰均先以暗刻手法勾出轮廓，后填彩装饰纹样，工艺复杂，色彩素雅别致。这种制式龙盘为清代官窑传统样式，清一代均有延烧，直至宣统。唯龙纹所刻愈早愈精，愈晚愈拙。本盘彩釉鲜亮，纹饰刻画尤精，腾龙气势不可一世，属同类中隽品。
