A JAPANESE TSUISHU LACQUER FOUR-CASE INRO MEIJI ERA, 19TH CENTURY Decorated with two scholars in Chinese dress to one side and with a third to the reverse, the figures carved on a dense ground of asa-no-ha diaper, with a large lingzhi head to the top; together with a coral ojime and a red lacquer manju netsuke embellished with scrolling leafy tendrils, the inro 8.9cm.
