THREE PIECE TEA SET WITH DRAGON DECOR. Tuck Chang & Co. Shanghai. Date: Around 1900. Technique: Silver, twice with gilt interior. Description: Consisting of teapot, creamer and sugar bowl. The handles and the spout imitating bamboo cane and on the walls of each two dragons between clouds on punched ground. Weight: Ca. 1185g. Measurement: Height of the teapot 16cm. Mark: Maker's mark Tuck Chang & Co. 品相报告: - All three parts in beautiful, age-typical condition with the corresponding rubbing and fine, superficial scratches. - The thread of the teapot's lid knob no longer grips completely, so the nut cannot be tightened firmly and the knob is therefore loose.
