Sheet does not appear to be laid down. Some paper missing in upper corners. A large stain in the upper right corner and along the upper edge as well as one along the lower edge (moisture damage). Several smaller stains scattered across the sheet. A horizontal fold across the width of the sheet at approx.. 1/3 from bottom margin as well as a diagonal fold across the sheet at approx. 1/3 from the top margin. Several creases in the paper along the right hand edge.
