The ink stand having two integrated cylindrical inkwells and a pen rest, raised on scroll supports, inscribed 'Presented to E.Keighley by his Friends of the Council of The Association of Wolesale Woollen Merchants as a mark of appreciation of his services as President 1941-1945' with signatures.
