此象耳尊为盘口，束颈起凸棱，象耳分饰两侧，溜肩，收腹，底外扩。瓶身自上而下绘六层纹饰，以玄纹间隔，依次为蕉叶纹、灵芝纹、如意云头纹、岁寒三友纹、莲瓣纹及云纹。值得一提的是，松竹梅被誉为岁寒三友，松竹凌寒而立，经冬常青，梅迎新岁，先于群芳着花。“三友”譬喻逢絶境而坚毅刚直，亦有长寿的寓意。宋•林景熙《王云梅舍记》：「即其居累土为山，种梅百本，与乔松修篁为岁寒友。」自元至清，岁寒三友饰纹甚为风靡。此尊腹部所绘松竹梅三友，枝干交叠，纠缠绵延，苍劲与秀美并存，生动传神，富于变化，富有清秀幽雅之美。此瓶青花发色淡雅，所用青料应为石子青，浓中带灰，时代特征明显。
