何海霞（1908—1998），长安画派创始人之一；中国现代著名国画家、书法家，中国画研究院（中国国家画院的前身）的专业画家；满族，初名何福海，字瀛，又字登瀛；1908年9月生于北京，其父母酷爱文艺，对少年时代的何海霞影响颇深。何海霞幼时即喜爱书画，青年时期曾参加中国画学研究会，1924年拜韩公典为师，1934年拜张大千为师，随其游历山东、四川。
