Another example showing the 18th century inspiration for the present lot and with a Qianlong seal mark and of the period, is illustrated in The Tsui Museum of Art Chinese Ceramics IV Qing Dynasty, Hong Kong, 1995, no.167. Two similar bowls from the Daoguang period were sold at Christie's Hong Kong on 1 June 2011, lot 3737 and 29 May 2013, lot 2300.
