|佛祖通体施以紫金釉，釉色莹润，肉身处则施鎏金，佛祖开脸和善，双目垂视，眉心镶有一绿松，规格极高，头顶肉髻精致。莲座莲瓣肥厚，纹饰勾勒细腻。清帝皆笃信藏传佛教，尤以乾隆帝为最，佛像为必不可少的供奉圣物，惟多见金铜质地，瓷制佛像较鲜见，其制作难度却在金铜佛像之上。清宫的瓷制藏传佛教艺术品，是内地炉火纯青的制瓷工艺与奇幻瑰丽的藏传佛教艺术的完美结合。
