|盖瓶膛壁厚实匀称，造型端庄秀雅，以红珊瑚为材，色质莹艳。瓶身通体以浮雕和透雕相结合的技法，雕琢麻姑献寿图，周身高浮雕藤枝蔓叶与盛开的花朵，层次分明，生机勃勃，花形立体感极强花枝虽多，但布局合理，重心平稳，加之象牙染色海水纹座，如美人裙裾，轻盈而稳定。全器构思极具自然之趣味，线条流畅，工艺繁多，刀工熟练洒脱，布局密而不乱，有条不紊，用料奢华，珊瑚溢光流彩，柔美悦目，为珍贵的赏玩佳器。|来源：美加州哈根博物馆。
