款识：大清道光年制 |说明：瓶细长颈，丰肩，腹下渐收，圈足内凹不露胎。通体施天蓝釉，口沿白釉。圈足内施白釉，青花书“大清道光年制”篆书款。此瓶轻巧俊秀，釉色均匀纯净，莹润坚密。天蓝釉创烧于康熙朝，至雍正烧造技术又有了进一步的发展。道光时期进一步成熟。此天蓝釉有晴空疏朗之美，让人赏心悦目。纽约大都会博物馆藏一件与此器相似的天蓝釉长颈瓶，1913年由奥特曼捐赠，他与贝莱尔为同时期的收藏家。
