明初﹒龙泉窑刻花卉纹瓶唇口微侈，长颈微敛，腹自上而下逐渐丰满，至近足处弧收。三段纹饰：长颈处饰以蕉叶纹和回纹等辅纹，丰满的腹部刻饰主题纹饰：折枝扁菊纹。菊花纹是传统寓意纹样之一，具有清净、高洁等象征意义 。通体施青釉，底部无釉处现火石红。此瓶胎质厚重、造型俊秀、釉色凝厚，花纹清晰，线条流畅，是龙泉青瓷中的佳品，殊为难得。
