The pigments are bright and fresh. Hairline craquelure in the thickest areas of white impasto, most notably toward the lower right and lower left corners. Minor frame abrasion along all four edges. One small artist pinhole toward the center of left edge. Under UV light: some original pigments fluoresce and scattered strokes of retouching are visible in the white pigment of the sky towards the upper right corner and the snow in the foreground.
