大红司命主，又名红护法，大红大黑天，姐妹护法，是藏传佛教中寺庙以及达赖和班禅的保护神。护法红色火焰状发髻竖起，戴着五骷髅冠。三目圆睁，血口大张，表情凶愤，极具威慑力。右手高扬闪光剑，左手于胸前持人心（已失）喂向嘴边。其铠甲衣纹飘逸写实，观之十分威严。
