款识：“大明嘉靖年製”六字楷书款 以吉言嘉句嵌入花草之内，为嘉、万时期常用装饰，拍品即为个中佳例。外壁以青花分绘松、竹、梅，苍松遒劲，竹枝清癯，疏梅清影，枝茎盘旋扭转，形成变体“福寿康宁”四字，字、画相映，构思精巧，生机盎然。全器构图饱满，笔触流畅，青花发色纯正深沉。是为光绪官窑仿万历之精品。
