此尊菩萨像高螺发，头戴五叶冠，面庞圆润，额际宽广，弯眉细目，表情慈祥柔和，立于莲花座之上。宽肩厚胸，项配璎珞，粒粒连珠极为华美，躯体健壮，体态匀称，双手合十，手脚刻划细腻，柔软而富有弹性，极具肌肤质感。莲座花瓣肥硕饱满，排列整齐，制作精致。面部及身躯施金釉，衣裙及莲瓣部分施酱釉，衣裙上饰金龙穿莲纹，极为罕见。发冠、绶带及璎珞等处以炉钧釉装饰。采用多种技艺于一体，工艺复杂，制作精细，整体给人肃穆宁静之感。
