龙泉窑作为宋代南方青瓷烧制的代表，其造型较为丰富，此件铺首双耳瓶，敛口、束颈、鼓腹、收底于足。整体釉色呈豆青色，器身以印刻技法纹饰加以装饰，主纹饰以开牡丹纹加以装饰，牡丹纹高拔挺立，支撑于开光之内，纹饰饱满，开光之外以几何卷曲纹加以辅饰，底部以焦叶纹收底。
