盘口、束颈、溜肩、弧腹、圈足，颈出鱼化龙衔环双耳。颈中饰竹节弦纹，弦上为疏纹蕉叶，弦下纹饰与肩腹相连，刻饰缠枝勾瓣牡丹，胫饰疏纹菊瓣，腹胫间双线凸弦相隔。刻饰刀法精到流畅，鱼龙细致。釉色青绿半透，釉层丰满，釉面光亮玻质。胎坚致厚重呈灰色。体现了元代龙泉窑从宋代中期以来以釉色取胜向纹饰为重的风格转化期之时代特征。
