此鼎方唇外折，两侧铸双立耳，直腹下收，四棱出戟，平底下承四圆柱形足。口沿下饰龙纹，龙身上下曲折，尖尾上卷，余部填以雷纹。鼎身正中一块长方形区域饰以鹿首及双鸟，此鼎四面皆以此为饰。四足上半段，饰高浮雕兽面纹，纹样源自鹿首。兽目突出如乳丁，瞳孔微凸。兽面之下再錾刻阴线纹样。
