拍品仿商周青铜器造型，造型生动，金石韵味十足。铁锈花是北方磁州窑系宋、金、元时期特有的工艺。清代雍正、乾隆时期，景德镇御窑厂也生产黑釉铁锈花瓷器。清寂园叟《陶雅》有「紫黑色釉、满现星点，灿烂发亮，其光如铁」的记载。这时的釉料配方主要是含铁和锰，釉呈赤褐色。
