郭传璋 （1912-1990）山东省惠民县人。我国近现代水墨画大师，山水和花鸟兼长。曾任中国画学研究会会员、中国美术家协会会员、北京中国画院会员、中央戏剧学院兼职教授。曾为人民大会堂、中南海、钓鱼台国宾馆、毛主席纪念堂、天安门等绘制巨幅国画多幅。早年师从祁井西、李鹤筹学习山水画和花鸟画，并研习宋、元、明、清诸家绘画及画论，通过长期艺术实践，创作了大量的、具有时代气息的山水画作品。
