此件玉璧以和阗白玉雕就，璧体较薄，器表高浮雕两条螭龙，身形修长，螭龙头部较圆，五官琢刻细致，四肢攀附壁面，大螭身体出廓，长尾分叉翻卷，极具力量感。以长阴线刻画脊背，短阴线刻画鬃发。整器雕工精细，立体感强，具有宋元时期遗风。
