此盘口微外撇，圆腹，圈足。盘心施白釉，盘外壁绘二龙赶珠纹，龙纹刚劲有力，神态凶猛，其间点缀山形云。所绘龙纹身姿矫健，叱咤遒劲，威仪难掩，火焰四飘，富具动感，而成宫廷瓷艺之典范。白釉绿彩瓷器以二次入窑烧制而成。其具体制法为：在成型的白坯上锥刻云龙纹，然后将花纹以外的地子施以透明釉，入窑经高温烧成后，再在露胎的花纹处填涂绿彩，并在釉上描绘龙的须、爪、肘毛等细部，二次入窑低温烧成。工艺复杂，颇见匠心。此盘釉质洁白肥厚，衬以绿彩云龙，对比鲜明，清新悦目，绘画工致流畅，施彩细腻均匀，绿彩厚润翠莹，衬以坚致白皙的釉面，更见翠韵动人。胎体厚薄均匀，圈足旋修精致，底落矾红彩龙纹款，应为清宫御用之器。
