款识：金振之画。
钤印：金铎之印信、振之书画、中华长人、云绘斋
附北京工艺懋隆作品证书。
金振之，名铎，北京人。师从徐燕孙，书画“做旧”经验丰富，解放前即享画名，建国以后在荣宝斋从事古画复制工作。曾临摹唐代周昉《簪花仕女图捲》、宋代赵佶《雪江归棹图捲》等画作。另在修复古书画方面亦技术高超，享有盛名。
