The finely detailed fleece rams are depicted lying down with their legs tucked under the body. The figures seated on their backs, dressed in long robes and sporting a conical headdress, look in the opposite direction. They support candlesticks, the lower part of which is a double-gourd vase. They are decorated with lotus flowers and foliage scrolls on a turquoise background. A six-character Qianlong mark in a double circle is incised on the replaced base plate.
