Bowl with wide base and stand ring. From the base of the stand the wall curves outwards, merging into a low, vertical rim zone at the top. Covered outside and inside with typical thick Jun glaze, with extensive purple splashes on a lavender ground. Inside the standing ring five rough spots from contact with a spacer during firing. Burning defects, usual slight signs of wear, otherwise very good condition. Height 4.2 cm. Diameter 16.7 cm. Provenance: Southern German private collection.
