Denman Fink (American, 1880-1956). An original gouache painting on paper. Titled "Venetian Pool, Coral Gables, Florida 1925." A diptych in two connected parts, depicting the Venetian Pool, a Miami area aquatic facility built in 1923, and fed by spring water from an underground aquifer. Featuring architectural elements, a pool with grottoes, and other forms. Hand written title to bottom. Features a series of three sepia-tone photographs of the Venetian Pool, 1995 FLORIDA HERITAGE magazine cover featuring the subject, and artist biographical curriculum vitae, all affixed to verso. Presented with a mat border in an ornate frame. Sight size measures approximately 6" x 37".Dimensions: 9 X 41 X 1 in.Condition: Good overall condition having normal age related surface wear.
