林碧英 （1946-1997），福建长乐市人，高级工艺美术师。1965 年她在福州工艺美术学校雕塑专业毕业后分配在福州雕刻厂工作，经寿山石雕工艺大师林寿煁、郭功森等人的精心教导，技艺日精，1987 年，《伎乐鸣九皋》获福建省优秀创作奖，并送京展出。同年她被授予“福建省工艺美术寿山石专家”称号，1989 年被选为福建省工艺美术学会理事。 款识：林。
