简介：徐无闻，四川成都人。字嘉龄，号无闻。原名永年，三十耳聋后更名“无闻”，室号守墨居、烛名室、歌商颂室等。当代著名学者、书法家、篆刻家、教授。在文字学、金石学、碑帖考证、书法、篆刻、诗词、绘画、教育、收藏等领域都是行家里手，是当代一位全能型的人物，对艺术界、学术届、教育界皆有巨大影响。他特别是二十世纪巴蜀书法、篆刻的殿军，对巴蜀文化产生了极大的促进作用，代表了学者型书家的典型形象。
