款识：“王炳荣作”四字双行篆书款 配囊盒 道光之际雕瓷之风盛行，拍品即为一例。笔筒瓷制，圆口直身，圈足，内外均施秋葵绿釉。以剔地手法浮雕梅枝偃生，疏影横斜，枝头梅花以胭脂红点缀，栩栩如生。秋葵绿釉为清雍正时期创烧的一种低温釉色，色泽黄中偏绿，浅于松石绿，类似于秋葵叶，又名“西湖水”或“葱青”。胭脂红釉创烧于清康熙晚期，以金为呈色剂，又称为“金红”。两种釉色均为名贵品种，加以雕刻、绘画烧造于一体，乃同时期之精品。《饮流斋说瓷》记载：雕瓷之巧者，有陈国治、王炳荣诸人。
