白玉籽料为材，质地致密莹润，局部有微沁，雕作圆柱形盖盒。此圆盒形制极为特殊，为穿带制式，上下共计四处穿孔，以便穿系绳索起到闭合作用。圆盒周身剔地浅浮雕仙鹤祝寿题材，雕饰仙鹤、寿桃、竹石等意象。顶盖雕饰夔龙纹。整器形制小巧，纹饰清雅，工艺精巧，确是一件精工细作的清中期玉盒佳品。
