SUPERB BROWN STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFERWARE PLATE PARISIAN CHATEAU RALPH HALL POTTERIES Staffordshire, England 1822-1840 This outstanding very large plate measures 10 3/8 inch in diameter. It is crisply transfer printed in a dark brown. Wonderful scalloped edge with exotic cascading flowers leading to the central image depicting a pastoral setting of a stunning estate. Never Used. Condition is great, clean and bright. A tiny glaze flake off the rim. Plates of this quality don'te along often, and the contrast andposition is especially beautiful in this rich brown color.
