蒋廷锡（1669年－1732年），字酉君、扬孙，号南沙、西谷 ，又号青桐居士，江苏常熟人，清朝康熙、雍正时期官员、画家、文献学家、藏书家。云贵总督蒋陈锡之弟。 蒋廷锡为康熙四十二年（1703年）进士，授翰林编修。雍正帝即位后历任礼部侍郎、户部尚书等职。雍正六年（1728年）拜文华殿大学士 ，仍兼理户部事。次年（1729年）加太子太傅。累封一等阿达哈哈番。在官秉公抚政、剔除积弊，声誉甚著。
