书款：岁次丙子年春录兰亭集序，仲文先生雅正，王承荫。 说明：上款“仲文”即秦仲文，秦仲文（1896～1974），初名裕，字仲文，以字行，河北遵化人。工山水，任北平大学艺术学院教授，解放后任北京画院画师及院委。
作者介绍：
金执中（1908-1963），字允生，满族，北京市人，镶黄旗爱新觉罗氏。幼年嗜画，青年时拜黄宾虹、徐操等为师，参加由“湖社画会”。1938年，与画家李端善组织“北平画社”
