周荃（清），字静香，号花溪老人。江苏苏州人。曾任开封知府，历迁齐楚观察。工书，画山水宗倪、董，觎关、荆稍润，较董、巨微枯，不为古人束缚。间作大士像，深得古法，而花鸟虫鱼，亦各得大意。其自题句尤佳，书法有生气。顺治十三年（1656）仿北苑山水图。
