杜滋龄（1941-）生于天津市。1981年毕业于浙江美术学院中国画系研究生班。为中国美协会员，美协天津分会副主席，天津市文联委员，中国画季刊《迎春花》主编，曾任天津人民美术出版社总编辑，南开大学东方艺术系主任。擅人物，兼及山水、花鸟，所作笔墨秀雅，富传统技法之意蕴，造型准确生动，无论是古代人物或现代题材，均能自出新意。作品多次入选国内外大型美术作品展览。代表作：《帕米尔初雪》《帕米尔之秋》。
