A Chinese white jade 'chilong' two-part belt buckle, Qing Dynasty, well modelled in openwork in the form of an archaistic chilong , its head forming the hook while a smaller chilong wreaths sinuously on the arched body grasping a spray of lingzhi in its mouth, the other section of the buckle similarly modelled with an openwork chilong in high relief, of generally even tone throughout but the head forming the hook with white spotted inclusions, overall length approximately 9.2cm long x 4.5cm wide x 2.5cm highProvenance: Property of a Lady, purchaed in the 1970's.清 白玉螭龙带钩拍品来源:购自上世纪七十年代 natural inclusions but no damage
