上款简介：朱经农（1887-1951），生于浙江浦江。教育家、学者，大学校长、诗人，出版家和爱国者。曾任齐鲁大学校长，湖南省教育厅厅长，中央大学教育长等职。
作者简介：傅学文（1903-1992），江苏宜兴人。国民党元老邵力子先生的夫人。曾就读于上海大同大学、苏联莫斯科中山大学。1934年在陕西创办西京助产学校。抗战期间于上海复旦大学迁重庆复课时创办复旦附属小学。抗战胜利后在南京创办力学小学并自任校长。
