It is made of a large piece of green and white jade, partly brownish-yellow in color, and the seal button is "Phoenix Bird", with its head raised, round eyes, sharp beak, upturned wings, a lotus in its mouth, and lotus branches and leaves draped on its back. Printed text: Yanyu Building
採用大塊青白玉製成，玉質溫潤，瑩潤光潔，局部帶有褐黃色沁色，印鈕為“鳳鳥”，昂首，圓眼，尖嘴，羽翅上翹，口銜蓮花，枝葉翻捲，扭轉披於背上，活潑自然。印文：煙雨樓（煙雨樓：明嘉靖二十八年，嘉興知府趙瀛在湖心島上建煙雨樓，從此樓在湖中。後幾度修葺，至明末樓毀，清初再建。乾隆六下江南，多次登煙雨樓，一再賦詩，備致讚賞，曾親畫煙雨樓圖。刻石置於樓中，並照此樓的樣式在熱河承德避暑山莊的青蓮島上仿建一所樓閣，亦名煙雨樓。清同治初年，煙雨樓又毀於戰火，直到民國 7 年才重建主樓，形成格局。）
