It has a wide mouth, a wide neck, a crank and a ring button cover, and a tripod-style quadruped under it. The whole body is decorated with blue and white flowers, the cover surface and the outer wall neck are decorated with ganoderma patterns, the shoulders and the cover edges have fretwork patterns, and the theme pattern of the abdomen is the lotus supporting Buddhist auspicious eight treasures, wheel, umbrella cover, flower, incense burner, fish and other theme patterns. 乾隆一朝摹古之風興盛，清宮內外皆崇仰三代古物，好之而後摹，摹製手段各異，成就互見，其中以瓷仿銅為當時最佳選擇方式之一。此式盉壺的最初原型來自商周時期青銅酒器“盉”，清宮對其摹制始於乾隆時期，嘉慶、道光二朝沿襲有造，往後未曾經見。乾隆三年四月《清宮內務府造辦處活計檔》之“江西”記載：“十八日，司庫劉山久、催總白世秀來說，太監胡世傑交宣窯青花八吉祥高足壺一件。傳旨：著交唐英照此壺款式花樣，多做幾件得幾件並原樣先送來，欽此。”故知此類品種為乾隆帝欽選摹仿宣德青花器形而成，文獻所言宣德窯青花八吉祥高四足壺，即為此式盉壺的直接範本。廣口，闊頸，深腹，有長流、曲柄和環紐蓋，下承以鼎式四足，造型別緻。通體以青花為飾，蓋面和外壁頸部飾以纏枝靈芝紋，肩及蓋邊有迴紋，腹部主題圖案為蓮花托佛教吉祥八寶，輪、傘蓋、花、香爐、魚等主題紋樣，等距離排列，與微豐的鼓腹相得益彰。八寶紋下以串枝靈芝為陪襯，分別飾於蓋面、頸、流、曲柄和四足上。造型古樸典雅，構圖繁密有致，繪畫流暢豪放，花紋當中之“點塗法”酣暢淋漓、自然奔放而不失矩度，青花蒼雅明快、嬌妍欲滴，與瑩潤似玉的釉質相互映襯，皆見佳瓷麗質。 “大清乾隆年制”款識。
