玉璧玉質細膩溫潤，大部分帶有褐黃色沁色，光氣十足，包漿厚重。正面高浮雕雕琢“螭龍紋”，眾螭龍方臉尖耳，身體彎曲，瘦長健碩，肢體遒勁，盤繞玉璧之上，長尾分叉、末端上卷，動態十足，立體感強烈。反面雕琢“谷紋”，排列密實規律，顆粒飽滿規矩。
