It is made of white jade, with a red chin on the top, and the whole is a double-arched sword slide. The lengths of the two arches are different, one long and the other short. And high-relief carving techniques are used to carve the Chilong pattern. The Chilongs have different postures and depend on each other in size.
"劍璏是古代裝飾寶劍上的玉飾之一，穿係於腰帶上，即可將劍固定於腰間。古代用於寶劍上的玉飾一般有四件組成，統稱為“玉具劍”，除劍璏外還有劍格、劍首和劍珌。玉具劍由春秋戰國興起，至漢代達到極盛，漢以後逐漸衰落、消失。歷史上，它是一種代表貴族身份的寶物，也是一種珍貴的饋贈禮品。《說文》：“璏，劍鼻玉飾也。 ”又名劍鼻。 此件劍璏以白玉材質製作而成，質地晶瑩細膩，頂面帶有紅沁，整體作雙簷式劍璏，兩簷長度相差、一長一短，下方帶有方穿以連接腰帶與劍鞘；簷頂上以立體雕及高浮雕技法雕琢螭龍紋，螭龍姿態不一，大小相依，面容傳神，身軀蜿蜒靈動，姿態傳神，宛如真龍穿戲其中。此器整體造型精緻美觀、製作工藝精湛，用料上乘，實屬難得。（參閱香港佳士得 2017年春季拍賣會隹王以佩–私人收藏古玉佩飾 2706 號拍品，成交價：HKD 875000）"
