顶级青海青玉料，“青海青”之所以独立成名，正是因为有这样的料子存在：大块完整，色质统一，玉质干净、细腻、油润、坚密、强韧，深青玉色端庄雍容，含蓄儒雅，是最当得起炉瓶文房玉器沉稳内敛、浑厚典雅要求的玉种，也是其他产状玉质普遍难以具备达到的条件。玉器之中，器皿之件制，本就位列冠首，《周礼》中载曰“以青圭礼东方”，自古以来帝王玉玺也多有青玉制器者。此件双耳炉玉质如此莹细温润，丰脂油谧，笃稳光华破目直入，首先在材质用料上决定了其品韵格调的起点高度。
