款识：雨田仁兄先生正。弟步蟾。|钤印：蟾印 |作者简介：田步蟾（1864-1944），江苏淮安人，字桂舫，又字倜戡，斋号荻芬庐。近现代学者、政治家、书画家。光绪年间进士。1912年后，历任北京政府农商部垦牧司、农务司及渔牧司司长，陕西、山东省实业厅厅长，山东省政务厅厅长，北洋政府内阁实业部次长。抗战期间，为北京古学院研究员，一心从事书法、绘画、诗词、儒学、典籍方面研究，参与编辑《古学丛刊》，不问津政治。
